1. Agreeing to this

The Ascent Line range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claim on this site should be read as saying otherwise. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

4. Text messages under the TCPA

Consent given through the opt-in box on this site permits TWINLAB HOLDINGS to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number you entered, as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires it to be given. It carries the following terms.

55 days from delivery to change your mind, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge and no explanation required. Contact pitch@ascendnutritionlab.com to open it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the goods getting back to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, TWINLAB CONSOLIDATED HOLDINGS, INC. accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in Florida. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
